About Us
Our team aims to address problems in cell biology by applying and developing state-of-the-art microscopy techniques. Specifically, we use superresolution microscopy to study the primary cilia. We focus on resolving the molecular architecture of primary cilia to shed light on the structure-function relationship at the protein complex level. We also investigate ciliary and inter-organelle protein dynamics using live-cell superresolution microscopy to gain insight into functional understanding of ciliary proteins. Recently we are inventing a technique integrating advanced microscopy and chemical biology for cell biology studies in general. We offer an interdisciplinary and flexible research environment to foster research excitement.
