Superresolution Techniques

We have built advanced microscopy systems, including an optical trap and a STED superresolution microscope. We have also implemented advanced microscopy techniques including dSTORM superresolution imaging and sptPALM live-cell superresolution imaging. Currently, we are developing other new optical systems. One of the systems is based on two-photon microscopy, in which photoconversion is activated by two-photon light. Another system is based on DMD, which illuminates subcellular structures with a controlled patterned light.
